Yet Another Update on Mom...

Mom called me yesterday all excited....

 She'd been to see her regular Doctor.  Now I don't know about you, but I don't care to go to the Dr's. office... even when I'm feeling good, and there's certainly nothing exciting about it.

Mom proceeded to tell me that her doctor had taken her off of one of her blood pressure medications and was lowering the second one she had been taking.  He was also fine with her continuing to lower her dosage of insulin as long as her sugar levels were maintained.

But ... That's not what all the excitement was about.  After seeing her lab results a few weeks ago, and now the need for her to step down her medications, he wanted to know what he needed to do to buy this chocolate she kept talking about.  

I've known this doctor all of my life and he was keenly aware that whatever she was doing was working and he wanted some.  He trusted what she was telling him and I'm eager to see what he does with it... & Mom, she's just beaming with excitement.
