Still Loving Xocai!!

Hubby and I are still loving our Xocai! We just started receiving our auto-shipments and couldn't be happier about the timing... It was just about perfect with the level we signed up at.

We also enjoyed getting involved with the promotion that just ended and got us a nice little savings on some extra chocolate and the new Xe energy drink. We decided late which package we wanted and ordered on the last day of the promotion.

Their promotion was bought up in abundance by many, making the Xe energy go into back order. Because of this I received a letter that mine was one of those shipping late. They chose to fill new distributors orders first and then current distributors, which is just fine by me... I want my sign-ups to be happy!

Because of the backorder, Xocai chose to send us a courtesy gift for our wait... a case of Sipping Chocolate! Gotta love that! Now I'd been wanting to try this and since it is a seasonal item was running out of time, but lucky for me we got the freebie and I get to try it on them.

More Good News.... Mark

Mark just went to the eye doctor yesterday... He was long past due for an exam and needed new contacts and glasses so he made an appointment and went. I met him there to help him pick out glasses.

We browsed the shop for awhile before the Dr. saw him looking for a new pair of frames that would work for him.

After the Dr. saw him, we continued back on the hunt for new frames. While we were looking he causually mentioned that his eye prescription was better than his last exam... almost 2 yrs ago!

I asked him if he thought we could credit the chocolate and he doesn't want to seem to think it would be a possibility... blaming the change on the previous Dr. that had seen him. I see it differently because the Dr. he saw told him that the she and the previous Dr he had seen graduated together... so they had the same training even :) & after the previous exam he never complained of headaches or problems with his vision... not until recently.

Either way, his eye prescription was better yesterday than it was two years ago! The only thing that has changed in his life diet/exercise wise is the chocolate. He's had no change vitamins or other supplements either.

Insurance Paying for Chocolate!!

I went to our local Xocai meeting last night and learned an exciting bit of information

I wanted to pass along!

Xocai has been accepted by some insurance plans

and is being paid for as preventative therapy.....

This is Huge!

This is exciting to think that a food supplement, super-food, has enough value that insurance companies are allowing for payment for it!

I don't know all of the details yet but will share them as they come available.

More Test Results! Our Friend Dan..

The results are coming in... and are good!

My family is blessed to be a part of seeing the results people are having and we love it!

A friend of ours whose name is Dan has been eating Xocai Chocolate longer than we have shared some of his lab results with us recently. I would like to share them with you as they are true indicators of what these products can really do.

Dan had some blood work done in January 2009. His cholesterol report was not good, but he'd been fighting it for a long time. While on Vytorin, his levels looked like this... cholesterol 215, triglycerides 603. He weighed 212 lbs.

The first of May 2009, he started eating healthy chocolate. In July he had his tests drawn again and found the results to be cholesterol 191, and triglycerides 602. He was able at that time to go off of his Omeprazole (heartburn medication).

Then again on December 8th 2009 he had blood work taken again to see if any changes were taking place. His cholesterol was then 168, and his triglyerides were down to 339... and he found he had lost 14 lbs!

He notes that on December 21st of 2009 his Doctor took him off of the Vytorin.

All of this happened with one simple change in his life...

Hubby and I continue to eat the Xocai daily and love the results!

We continue to sleep better, have less appetite, more energy, and just generally feel better.

Hubby and I have both lost some weight, although I have been going to the gym as well (started that a few weeks prior to the chocolate). We have not changed our diet other than our smaller appetites. I fix and prepare the same meals as I was prior to the chocolate, we just don't feel the need for seconds anymore... which has taken some getting used to. I means more leftovers for later & I don't mind that... less cooking!

Hubby is still doing well without his Rx heartburn medicine. He's only almost reached for an antacid once and that was an evening he had pizza and wine, two things that usually cause major pain by themselves.

My son and I are still not needing any allergy medicine even through the heart of allergy season, and I can smell the season of fall for once. Even with my allergy medicine last year I wasn't able to go without a Kleenex in my pocket.

I continue to do better with my irritable bowel and no longer have cramping or other symptoms from that.

All in all... we love our healthy chocolate!

I just love this stuff!

I can't believe how easy it is to make your body healthy just by eating chocolate!

This report is of a lady whom I signed up recently whom I'll call Lisa. She's been eating the chocolate for just under a month and has noticed a significant decrease in her morning blood sugars! Yippee!

She signed up with the hopes of helping her blood sugars and cholesterol.... one of which is better already, the other we will be awaiting lab results for. I'm looking forward to hearing about that one.

I couldn't imagine having to worry about my sugar intake on a daily basis, but I know a lot of people who do and I feel for them. My mom recently has had to face this life changing disease.

Diabetes is an escalating concern in the United States. It is thought it is increasing in incidence because of our populations lack of exerise, and diets high in fat and sugar.

Healthy Chocolate is Helping Eyes...

I have two stories to share with you today about

Xocai Healthy Chocolate and how it can help eyesight.

We'll start with my aunt... We'll call her Mary. Shortly after I signed up to be a healthy chocolate eater, I went with my mom over to Mary's house to help her set up a website. She had been eating the chocolate herself for only a short time and had noticed a few changes already... one being her reading glasses were too strong. Yet Another Update on Mom...

Mom called me yesterday all excited....

She'd been to see her regular Doctor. Now I don't know about you, but I don't care to go to the Dr's. office... even when I'm feeling good, and there's certainly nothing exciting about it.

Mom proceeded to tell me that her doctor had taken her off of one of her blood pressure medications and was lowering the second one she had been taking. He was also fine with her continuing to lower her dosage of insulin as long as her sugar levels were maintained.

But ... That's not what all the excitement was about. After seeing her lab results a few weeks ago, and now the need for her to step down her medications, he wanted to know what he needed to do to buy this chocolate she kept talking about.

I've known this doctor all of my life and he was keenly aware that whatever she was doing was working and he wanted some. He trusted what she was telling him and I'm eager to see what he does with it... & Mom, she's just beaming with excitement.

Sign up to be a Xocai Distributor...

So you're thinking about becoming a distributor...

Xocai is a great MLM company to get started with, and in my humble opinion you've made a great choice. It is a somewhat new company at 4 years old currently, but it is growing stronger all the time. It is marketing great, unique products that can't be purchased elsewhere and that have given great health results to many.

There are now 4 options for becoming a distributor for Xocai...

I will list them from the most basic to the most advanced.

1. Affiliate - At this level you are a distributor for their new healthy energy drink, Xe. You will pay $25 to get started and will need to buy in with 2 cases of product. This is a brand new option as the product will not be out until December. Email me at suziqzer@yahoo dot com if you'd like a Pre-application.

2. Basic- At this level you can simply buy at wholesale for yourself and your family, or you can begin building a business if you choose. This option places you at the lower level starting out, but you can work your way up and earn one expansion center. You are required a $39 startup fee and an initial purchase of 2 boxes of chocolate. After you make your initial purchase you must keep at least one box a month on autoship if you want to maintain a business with Xocai. If you wish to simply buy at wholesale, there is no minimum purchase requirement and you can cancel autoship if you like. This option will cost you $289 to get started.

3. Business Builder- At this level you gain some advantage to the business side of Xocai. This option gives you 3 business centers and the ability to earn up to 3 expansion centers, you will also earn money earlier with this than the Basic level. At this level you are again required to pay the $39 startup fee and are also required to purchase 6 boxes of chocolate, you do get a 20% discount on your first shipping charge. After you make your initial purchase, you will need to stay on autoshipment of at least one box a month to stay maintain your business with Xocai. This option will cost you $770 to get started.

4. Executive Fast Start- At this level you gain the advantage of earning money faster/earlier. This level places you about half way up the levels of Xocai. It gives you 3 business centers, the ability to earn up to 3 expansion centers, and places you at the executive level of the business where you begin earning the 1st generation executive bonus (more about that on another post soon). You again will have the $39 startup fee and will be required to purchase 12 boxes, you will get a 33% discount on shipping/handling on your first order. You will be required to stay on autoship with 2 boxes a month to maintain this level of business with Xocai. This will cost you $1480 to get started. This is the best option if you think you want to make a business effort out of Xocai. You will need the extra chocolate to give out as samples and to supply your customers with until thesir supply comes in.

How to Sign Up...

You'll want to start by going to the Xocai website and clicking on Sign-Up... or simply click here.

The next screen will automatically have "Join as New Distributor" selected. If you've decided to give it a go with the Executive Fast Start, you will want to select the box for that as well... then click "continue".

Fill in the required information and select the number of boxes required for the business option you've chosen. Remember... Basic requires 2 boxes, Business Builder Requires 6 boxes, and Executive Fast Start Requires 12 boxes.

You can expect to receive your shipment in 5-7 business days.

If you'd like to buy Xocai at a wholesale rate, but don't think you want to be a distributor, you can pay a small fee of $39 to be able to do that for your lifetime. Yes... Lifetime!

What's great about Xocai is that you can buy it at retail if you want and try it...

Try the variety pack to see what you like....

You can choose to sign-up for wholesale pricing which will pay for itself in probably two boxes and then you can buy as much or as little as you like at the discounted wholesale rate.

To sign up for the wholesale pricing go to the main page and click on Sign up. From there you will be directed to a distributor sign up page. You will want to leave the "Join as New Distributor" selected and click continue. From here it will ask you for all of your mailing and billing information. It will also ask you for your social security number and I'll explain later why. It will also ask you to agree with VirtualOffice Agreement, you will want to go ahead and do that as well.

You will need to select at least two boxes in the first order. After that you can put them on autoship so that you get one box as the prior one is running out, or order them as you need or want them.

When you sign up as an eater to get the wholesale prices, you are basically signing up at the basic distributor level. You can choose to just get the product at wholesale prices, or at any time begin promoting Xocai products and building a business.

About the SS#... When you sign up for Xocai at any level, they are optimistic that you will see results eating the chocolate and begin promoting it. If you never do... that's perfectly fine. So many people do that it just makes it easier to have it from the beginning.

I also told you to go ahead and agree to the Virtual Office Agreement... Why? Because for the first year it is free and you can go online and order your chocolate at wholesale easily. If you've selected to have autoshipment, you can check and see what your next order is and change it as you like. If you decide to go ahead with a business, it will be helpful to you to have the online side available to you.

My parents signed up at this level initially thinking they would try the products and see what they did for them. My mother, being a recently diagnosed diabetic decided it would be great to be able to have chocolate 3 times a day as a diabetic even if it didn't do anything else for her. My family Results...

More noticed after 2 weeks...

I start with my Hubby, Mark...

Mark is still a bit skeptical about the chocolate working so well. Friday was going to be 2 full weeks eating it 3 times a day and if you've read here before you know he's been on Rx medication for heartburn and that he stopped it the day he started eating Xocai to see what would happen. He fully expected to be running to the medicine cabinet to take his medication, or at least something over the counter to assist with heartburn and to his surprise he didn't need it. Soon a few days had past, he'd even eaten Mexican complete with chips and salsa with no problem. He noted some very mild burning a few times, but nothing that even made him want so much as a Tums.

This past Thursday... just shy of the two week mark, he decided to stop eating the chocolate to see what would happen. He didn't tell me he was doing this and expected to have to take his heartburn med right away. To his surprise he didn't have any increase in burning sensation until Saturday evening and he hadn't changed his diet to "be safe". At that point he told me about what he was doing and said he was ready to start eating the chocolate again. He came to realize that the chocolate was doing more than helping him with the heartburn so he didn't need his medicine. He noticed an decrease in energy and an increase in his appetite, neither of which he desired. We'll see if he decides to stop eating it again... :)

About me, Suzie...

I've had a persistant cold and had been taking cold medicine much of the time at night last week, so I started taking my allergy medication in the mornings so I would be able to wake up when I needed to. Saturday evening we were on our way home from a church function and I said something about all the combines and harvesting going on... that's when I realized I hadn't been taking my allergy medication. Since I'd been trying to take it in the morning, I had forgotten to take it & couldn't say when the last time was that I had, but I had no allergy symptoms at all.... None! I admit that I'm bad about remembering it unless I'm having allergy symptoms and I often used to forget at night simply because I was too tired and then end up paying for it in the morning. The next morning I got up and upon getting in the car Mark started to say something about getting my allergy medicine, because if I had forgotten it the night before ... I need it in the morning! Before he said anything he noticed I hadn't picked up a Kleenex all morning and was fine. He asked me when I took my allergy medication and I told him I didn't... not last night and not in the morning! I was in better shape than if I'd taken my medication at either time and it is harvest season... one of the two worst times of the year for me!

I have half a mind to do what Mark did and stop eating Xocai for a few days and see what happens, but I'm loving the allergy free life too much to want to even spend a few days like that even with medication. :)

My little guy....

I have to tell you it's harder to know what's going on with him as far as results, but I have noticed that like me, his allergies have seemed to stop as well. I have a Rx allergy med that I give him in the evenings as he needs it, and this is one of those times of year. I stopped giving him the allergy medication at about the same time I stopped taking it because he had the same cold I did. I failed to give him any allergy medicine either shortly after our colds subsided as well and he is doing fine like myself... and I didn't realize we had stopped taking it. No allergy medicine for I don't know how long... bad Mommy! But... I wouldn't have known for awhile if I hadn't forgotten and he'd be taking unneeded medication.

I too think his appetite is picking up. I'm not sure what to do with a kid that eats his meals, then asks for snacks all afternoon, and then eats dinner ok. Could be growth spirt, we'll see if it continues or levels out.

A realization...

The funny thing about doing this is that you don't often see all of the results right away. When something doesn't hurt, you don't think about it. It's when you realize that something that usually hurts doesn't that the Aha moment occurs.... that was my case with the allergies.

My aunt had a similar situation. She didn't realize that her arthritis in her hands was no longer bothering her until my mom started asking her about things.

I recommend you take a mental note of all your ailments, or better yet, write them down. Then in a few weeks, go back to that list and see if anything's changed.... hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised like we have!

Our Results ... 2 weeks

This is my family... My husband Mark and myself (Suzie) and our little guy. This picture was taken during our last vacation in August 2009 at a little restaurant in St. Andrews... Canada.

Beautiful scenery and tides!! Had a great time visiting some friends... Love you guys! :)

I had to write and tell you some new results Mark & I have noticed in the short time we've been eating Xocai. We've officially been eating the chocolate 3 times a day for 1 week as we started Friday morning...October 30th.

Mark still has yet to need his prescription heartburn medication... Being the skeptic, he stopped taking it the day he started eating the chocolate just to see what would happen. He has the occasional burning sensation, but nothing yet that triggers him to want even so much as a Tums. Considering he was hurting usually by lunchtime if he even missed one dose is saying something. He's relieved to be away from the medication and expects the occasional mild burning that he does have to become even less over time.

I have noticed several things about myself... I have carpal tunnel syndrome and withit I have numbness in my right hand and fingers at times, and even pains that shoot up through my arm and shoulder when my carpal tunnel flairs. When I started eating the chocolate last week, I had been having some shoulder pain. I tend to forget about the numbness, but when the pains come I notice. I've tried wrist braces and have trouble sleeping with them on. My brother-in-laws girlfriend is a massage therapist and she's done some massage for me which relieves the tension and pain for quite awhile, but it does return. I've known for some time that I would probably be facing surgery for the carpal tunnel, but have been avoiding it. I noticed Wednesday night at a meeting that my shoulder wasn't hurting anymore and my numbness was gone... Yeah! Hadn't even thought about it until someone else mentioned their pain was gone... funny how quickly you forget about pains when they're gone.

Another change for me... a bit embarrassing, but here goes. I suffer from what is probably irritable bowel syndrome and my time in the restroom is seldom. I think this is becoming more and more common in America with our stress levels, diet, and exercise or lack there of. I'm usually very careful about what we eat and try to keep things healthy, lowfat and high in fiber... confessing that when we eat out it's sometimes a different story. I've noticed that since I've been eating the chocolate, things have been more regular and easier in the bathroom.... something even added fiber supplements didn't often help me with.

We haven't noticed any changes in our 4 yr old so far. He gets a quarter of my serving 3 times a day after his meals. He doesn't ask for more and knows it's his serving of "special chocolate". He's even come to the place where he says, "Thanks Mommy" each time I give him a piece.. So Cute! :)

Oh... & one more thing we've noticed this week... Hubby and I love the occasional buffet. We are the frugal type as you may note from my other blog, so a buffet is a "get your moneys worth" meal out. We went to a buffet with my sister and her husband this week and were both had a salad and had just started on our dinner plate and were full... no going back, no wanting dessert, couldn't finish the first hot plate we got... either of us. We were both a bit lost with the feeling we had... as we usually enjoy a buffet. Neither of us felt like we could handle any more food and we didn't "get our moneys worth" on that trip. It was a bitter sweet kind of feeling and both of us decided that now that we're eating chocolate, we probably won't be wanting buffet style meals anymore.

Xocai will soon be launching their new healthy energy drink.... Xe!

Unlike the highs and lows of normal energy drinks... this one is good for you!

I'm so excited about this new product! I haven't been one of the lucky ones to try it, but have met someone that has and her first impression was great. Her sample was pre-carbonation too and she still enjoyed it and said it had a nice berry flavor.

Like Xocai's other products, the energy drink is full of antioxidants from cold-pressed cacao and freeze-dried acai berries, as well as some other good for your ingrediants.

It is also caffeine free! So... where does it get you energy?

Why We're Trying Xocai...

My husband Mark and I were very skeptical

when my sister and her husband began talking about Xocai!

My husband to the point of not wanting to even talk about it...
Why?

It all comes down to our history. He had seen my parents try so many different nutritional supplements through the years he couldn't count them on one hand... each one was supposed to be "the One" and after several months they would fade away never to be talked about again.

Now I knew health could be changed by what you put in your body... I'd seen it before. I was diagnosed with Asthma at a young age and my parents were told that they would have to put me on a weekly allergy shot to control my symptoms. Mom wanted nothing of it and started researching her options for an alternative. Because of that we went to an all whole grain diet, back in the days when you could only get whole grains in the health food store and they sure didn't taste so great!, no unnatural sweeteners (we only used pure honey, molasses, & maple syrup), and meats were all from our farm. We also began using loads of vitamins with the help of a specialist and I am happy to say I never had one of those allergy shots! Thanks Mom!!

Now let's move on to today...

We saw the results Mom had and were impressed, still maybe a bit skeptical, but intrigued. Her lab results were great... and she came out of her "post cancer fog" and began smiling again. She got back her zest for life... I didn't realize she had changed like she had until I saw her coming back to her normal self.

I then went with Mom to my Aunt's house who had been on the chocolate for a very short time... maybe a week. She had to put down her reading glasses because they were now too strong for her! After visiting with her awhile she couldn't decide if she'd noticed any other changes, but as we talked about all the benefits we'd heard about with Xocai she realized she hadn't experienced any more arthritic pain in her hands for a few days. As we were leaving, she began thinking of other things that were different & better and was loving her realizations.

After watching everyone else improve, my husband & I eventually couldn't resist the urge to try it for ourselves. We've only been on it since Friday last week... 6 days and my husband has already noticed some changes.

My husband suffers from heartburn... due primarily to excessive coffee drinking at his workplace, and has been taking a prescription medication daily to relieve him of the pain. Without the medication, he would suffer. He had found that if he really carefully watched what he ate, he could skip a pill for a day, but that was as far as he could go.

Mark decided to do an experiment... he stopped the prescription medication (I don't recommend this to anyone... meds are important and you should talk to your Dr. before altering yours). He knew his only result would be suffering from heartburn if he only did it a few days and really didn't expect to be able to do it. We know that people have gotten off of meds after having taken the Xocai chocolates for awhile, but stopping the med the day you start? No way! Again.. Don't try getting off meds without talking to your Dr first!

He started eating chocolate on Friday (last Friday, Oct. 23rd, 2009) 3 times a day. The morning and evenings he took the XoBiotic and in the afternoon a Power Squares. Come Sunday afternoon we had mexican for lunch, including salsa which really gives him trouble if he's forgotten his pill... still no need for a pill. I believe it was Monday night was the first time he mentioned he had a bit of a "burn". He hadn't been watching his diet, had been drinking coffee which is something he has to try and avoid large amounts of even on the pill, and this was the first discomfort he'd had. As of today, October 30th he has yet to take a pill! He's had a burning sensation on a rare occasion, but nothing severe or even bothersome enough that he's even gone for a Tums.... and he only started the chocolate Friday last week... one week ago.

As for me... My asthma bothers me in the form of allergies, and the occasional weesing & tightness in the chest. I could also stand to lose a few pounds and am excited about that possibility! Love that Weight Watchers can do what they do, but I struggle with portion control... not food choices primarily, just portion control. I'm a very careful cook serving low fat, whole grains, and plenty of fruits and veggies, not to the extreme my family did when I was a child, but I think I'm much more conseous about what my family eats than most Americans ... eating out I must confess is a different scenario. I've heard many reports that the Xocai curbs your appetite, so I'm hoping it works for me this way. If it helps me with my allergies too, that will be a bonus!

We also have a four year old little guy, who I will refrain from naming for now-something about putting his name on the internet bothers me. He is the joy of our lives and a long awaited blessing from God. We have also started giving him small bites of "special chocolate" as Mark calls it and he knows he just gets a bit at a time. I usually just give him about a quarter of mine. He is not an eater... never was from day one, so I'm anxious to see if this gives him an appetite. He was also born with an eye condition called ONH or Optic Nerve Hypoplasia (his optic nerves didn't develope properly). He seems to see well and there's no real chance the chocolate will do anything for his eyes, but I would love to see him enjoy eating with us at the dinner table. Every meal gets to be a struggle because he can't understand why we want to sit and eat. I will have to say he at least likes the chocolate! :)

Mom's Story... A Real Life Testimony to Xocai

Mom truly has a story to tell. She's been through a lot the last handful of years and then to find out that her health was going to continue to be a big issue for her... really hard.

This comes directly from an email she sent out to our family after trying Xocai. I have to say that she certainly has lost the "post cancer fog" that she was in and has become the mom I used to know. Love ya Mom! Glad to have you back :)

Part One....

You know most of the health problems I (Kitty) have had in the past few years. In July 2009 I was diagnosed with diabetes and NASH (a form of hepatitis - a liver disease). The doctor put me on daily insulin injections and told me to exercise, lose weight and eat a low-carb diet.

Then John & Karen invited us to a "healthy chocolate" meeting. We learned that this chocolate (made and distributed by Xocai) not only tastes delicious, but is packed with antioxidants and flavinoids and other good stuff and is diabetic friendly. They have added acai berries and blueberries for extra antioxidants. And, I could even eat three pieces a day on my diabetic diet. It was supposed to cure whatever ailed me, so we figured what could we lose -- we could at least sign up to try it out -- and I could eat chocolate 3 times a day!.

That was 6 weeks ago (8/19/09). I saw my family physician this week and had blood tests run. He was blown away with the results and I'm still smiling :-D . My cholesterol and triglycerides dropped, my blood pressure is lower, the blood glucose levels are good (and I'm hoping to eventually get off the insulin), the really good part is that my liver function tests show my liver to be almost normal! (They had initially told me that my liver would never get any healthier and would most probably get worse.)

This product is almost too good to be true. We have heard testimonies at local meetings about health results from people with heart trouble, arthritis, lupus, asthma, allergies, skin conditions, cancer, and all kinds of medical problems who are getting positive results. The lab results...

In six weeks time after we started eating 3 servings of healthy chocolate a day, here are Kitty's results:

I lost 14 lbs. Not hungry! Feeling satisfied after a meal for the first time in my life! And I’m losing inches! I’m getting my skinny clothes out again! Yea! Yes, my diet changed with the diagnosis of diabetes, but this weight loss is way beyond what I could expect for that.

Triglycerides dropped 30 points (from 156 to 126) target is less than 150

Cholesterol: LDL (bad) dropped 37 points (from 207 to 170) (target is less than 160)

HDL (good) is 39 remains in good range (target is more than 40)

Overall cholesterol dropped 22 points

Liver function tests: The doctor says all my liver function tests came back NORMAL, with the exception of one test and it was near normal. Remember, I had been diagnosed with hepatitis.

Diabetes: I remain on insulin but my blood glucose levels are stabilized at the moment.. The A1C test was 8.1% in July and is now 6.4%. The American Diabetes Association recommends an A1C of less than 7%. Another group of experts, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists, recommends an even lower A1C of 6.5% or less.

My family has recently become acquainted with the company Xocai.

Never heard of it?

Xocai is a company marketing healthy chocolate...
and I mean healthy!

My mother has been eating it for just over 6 weeks and has amazing results that have been confirmed by lab results, the way she feels, and weight loss. She battled cancer several years ago only to find that the cancer was gone but she was left with other serious health concerns.

My dad has lost some weight as well and his joints feel better.

My aunt noticed her reading glasses were too strong after a very short time eating the chocolates.

My brother-in-law who introduced us to this product has improved his cholesterol (confirmed by labs) and has started losing weight.
